I am Dovile. Mindfulness is something I keep returning to, not perfectly but on purpose. In these short emails I share the practices that support me, small reminders to slow down, and what I’m learning as I study to become a meditation and mindfulness teacher.

For a long time, opening my inbox came with a tiny spike of tension. My mind could handle it but my body didn’t love it.

One day I realized I COULD unsubscribe from the noise I’d collected over the years… and I felt the relief almost immediately. Then a new thought arrived and stayed with me: what if I received only a few emails and only the ones that helped me feel grounded?

I carried that idea quietly for years and eventually it became too alive to ignore. So this is me making the kind of inbox-space I always wanted.
