MY MINDFUL YEAR

MY MINDFUL YEAR

Today I’m sharing with you my newest creation: My Mindful Year- A Retreat Workbook for Closing & Opening the Year.

I don’t know about you but I did yearly resolution rituals for many many years and for the last few ones I’ve been updating it in my own way to make it less strict and rigid and more mindful.

Last year I told myself that next year I’m going to create my own version. I worked on it for weeks, and here we are, it’s now knocking on your door.

  • look back at your year with kindness instead of criticism

  • notice what truly nourished you (and what drained you)

  • reconnect with your values

  • open the new year with intentions that feel alive and realistic, not harsh or rigid

Your gift: My Mindful Year Workbook

I created it in a way to help you

A few suggestions

  • Choose a moment. An evening, a quiet morning or a couple of weekend hours.

  • Create a cozy space. Light a candle if you like, make tea, put your phone away.

  • Move slowly. This isn’t something to “get done” or to be ‘’productive’’. You can spread it over a few days. Let your answers be imperfect and honest.

  • Keep what resonates, leave the rest. If a question doesn’t speak to you, skip it. Trust your gut.
